• Promotional gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable with no exceptions. 

• Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced.

• Any outstanding balance will remain on your voucher and can be redeemed until your balance is zero, however it must be used up before the 31st of August 2025.
