  • For accurate delivery, please ensure your Eircode/Post Code is entered correctly at checkout.
  • South William Clinic cannot be held responsible for orders missing due to missing or incorrect delivery information.
  • If an order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to South William Clinic, and a re-shipping and re-stocking fee will apply.

Changing Delivery Details

  • Any changes to delivery details must be made directly with your chosen courier once you receive your shipment confirmation. South William Clinic is unable to make amendments after dispatch.

Delivery Times During Sales

International Orders

  • For orders shipped to the mainland United Kingdom or outside the EU, custom charges may apply.
